Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and debit cards for all spa and salon services, as well as for Aveda products.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any spa service, salon service or Aveda products and in any denomination. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Children
For your enjoyment and the consideration of other guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving services themselves.
Late Arrival
Your appointment time is reserved for you. In the event of a late arrival, we will adjust the course of treatment to accommodate the amount of time left.
Cancellations
At the time of booking, a credit card number is required for services of two hours or more. We require 24 hours cancellation notice and, if less than that is given, a 50% fee for the services booked will be charged. If a gift certificate is being used for services, then a 50% fee will be taken off the value of the gift certificate if less than 24 hours notice is given.
Splitting Packages
For your convenience, the services in a spa package may be scheduled over more than one session.
