Spa/Salon news
The first entry under spa/salon news should be to explain our use of the words spa/salon. A few years ago we decided to drop hairstyling and just become a full spa. After much discussion, we decided to keep the word salon in our name, as it became the descriptive word which separated us from the million dollar spa setting and also from the small room at the back of the salon which provides single services to their hairstyling clients.We feel that the warm greeting and friendly atmosphere at the front of our spa/salon is like a salon experience, but the quietness and professional attitude in the spa makes for a nice blend in our spa/salon.
New from Aveda
Be Curly curl controller is another addition to the Be Curly hair product line. Add a small amount to towel dried hair, then diffuse or let dry naturally.Smooths and conditions curly or wavy hair. Aveda has also brought out another curl enhancing hair spray in the Be Curly hair line. It provides medium hold and all day humidity defense. Spray 10 to 12 inches from wet or dry hair, then scrunch as you let your hair dry naturally or diffuse.

Rather than group this quarterly promotion of Products We Love in with New From Aveda, we decided to give it a permanent heading. This promotion is about all of the picks of favorite products from hairstylists and skin care people.This quarter features Phomollient which is a styling foam. It adds weightless volume. Especially good for fine textured hair.Apply to wet hair.
